Plaster Production

Our Plaster Production engagement (as a silent partner for delivering raw materials to production) is present in nearly every country in the vicinity of Turkey and Balkans as well as in North-Africa, Arabian Peninsula, Germany and Holland. The company has in every city of Turkey a distributor and nearly in every borough a sell-point and application teams. The company 2016 introduced new brands in isolation-insulation sector and in water isolation usage . Plaster productiın unit did produce in 2016 500 tons/day plaster in 48 brands of plaster (included chemical powders per day 50 tons alongside micronized calcite in various sieve ranges up to 45 microns with a capacity of 400 tons/day). The Company has 50% market share in gypsum sector, over 90% in calcite.

Sleepers Production

Our unit company - a silent partnership- engaged in the production of pre-stressed - pre-tensioned sleepers, - which are preferred in railways in Turkey and which have been designed adopting appropriate specifications for being used both in conventional and high speed railway lines -, is one of the most modern plants of Turkey today. Sleepers production unit company, besides being open for innovations and being a follower of innovative applications, comes to forefront by directing its activities under the consideration of the conditions of the future. The company, along with its experience and technological superiority in the field of sleeper manufacturing, has strategic advantages as well due to its location. It has respect to the environment and living spaces in its activities. It provides contribution to the economy with an average employment of 35 persons all the year around. Turning towards the non-public projects, the company promoted its products by evaluating the projects and discussing with superstructure companies. Ca. 230.000 sleepers were manufactured in 2014, Over 1.000.000 sleepers have been sold 2017 and the company has a share of 17% in the sector.
